These handmade hairbows are made from thrifted / upcycled vintage fabrics.
This listing is for a set of 2 clips made from a green fabric with a red and blue floral print.
They are made with one clip facing left and one clip facing right so that they can be worn to easily pull back your hair on each side or with pigtail styles.
Bows are approximately 2.5" x 2.5" and attached to a 1.5" alligator clip.

Yes! They do come with the cards and you do get to keep the cards! The cards are also thrifted and mostly vintage. Seeing as I use only thrifted and upcycled fabric, I thought it would be fun to also thrift my accessory cards to keep with the vintage theming and general oddness of it all. It also helps save money, reuse more, and show the scale of the items as they are all about the size of a standard playing card.
Please do not ask to switch out the cards. The one pictured is the one you will receive. I am not worried about the perceived value of any baseball cards that happen to get used. They all came from a box of less-than-mint condition cards at the thrift store, they were basically free, and I just don't care enough to look them all up. So, if you end up scoring big I am genuinely happy for you! It's just all part of the fun and whimsy I insist upon for my brand. Hope it is as fun as I think it is.

Spot clean or hand wash in a sink with cool or warm water and a bit of hand soap. Hand soap is enough to get it clean. If you choose to use detergent, use just a little bit and wear gloves as it can be pretty rough on your hands.
Do not machine wash or machined dry. Do not expose to extreme heat.

Outer Child ships from the US domestically and to some international locations. At the moment, we are not shipping to the EU.
The buyer is responsible for shipping costs, but I share my shop owner shipping discount with you! You will save about 25%.
Shipping comes with $100 worth of insurance. I cannot always replace items that are lost or damaged in the mail. So, if you would like additional insurance, please contact me.
Note about International shipping:
I use USPS to ship. Once these packages reach the destination country, they are taken on by local mail services. For example, if I am shipping to the UK, your package will be delivered by Royal Mail. Your package should still be trackable until it reaches you. International shipping can take up to 2 weeks, but usually about 10-12.
The recipient will be responsible for paying and customs or VAT fees that may come with International shipping. (This happens most frequently when I ship to the UK). I will not adjust the value of the package or mark as a gift in order to avoid customs or VAT fees.
For Domestic (US) shipping:
I use USPS. Your package will be trackable the whole time in transit. I cannot see any additional tracking information than what you can see. So, hang tight, and only contact me if the package has been late or missing for a few days. USPS is not always consistent about scanning the package at every step. Sometimes this make it seem like it is lost, hasn't left the post office, or hasn't been delivered. Just give it a day or two to catch up.
If you package is missing or damage, please contact me so we can file a claim with USPS.
USPS Ground Advantage, Priority, and Priority Mail Express include up to $100 insurance in the price. I will refund or replace your item, but I would like to file a claim with USPS so I can be reimbursed if applicable.

I will accept returns for ANY REASON if they are postmarked back to me within 14 days of their arrival to you.
- Changed your mind? OK!
- Just need the money more? OK!
- Your cat is scared of you when you wear it? OK!

The FIRST return/exchange is free of cost to you. However, any additional return/exchange will be charged a shipping fee. When you make a return/exchange, I pay for the additional cost of shipping out of pocket for you. As a small business I can only afford to do this once. Thank you for understanding.
Returns can be tried on, of course, but they must be unworn and in their original condition to receive a full return. (In other words, please do not wear them all day and then return them just to get a refund. I am a one-woman operation here, not Daddy Bezos).
To initiate a return: Contact me so I can send you a return label (at no cost to you). If you choose to send on your own, please still let me know because I do not routinely check my PO Box unless I'm expecting something. Thank you!
Once I receive the item, I will refund you. Money will be refunded using the same method as the payment.
If items arrive damaged in transit: Contact me because we can file a claim with USPS (Domestic only) to receive compensation. I will make you a replacement or refund you. In rare cases, I may not be able to make an exact replacement due to availability of supplies, but we will get as close as we can.
