Custom Handmade Ear Order - Form and Deposit

This listing is for a deposit to begin a custom ear accessory order.  

Styles:

Your custom can be for Full-size Ears, Mini Ears, ScrunchEars, KnotEars, PetitEars, Clip-Ears, Bow Headband (examples in images) 

Designs:

It can be a design I’ve made before or a variation on something I’ve made before or it can be a totally new custom design.

Sometimes I won’t have to exact same supplies as before and I have some new techniques now too. So, I may not be able to make exactly something I've made before. For example, I cannot do any of the old designs that I used to print fabric for. I don't have the printer anymore.

I DO NOT depict likenesses of any characters on my ears. Only associated themes, colors, elements. Example: Green Tiana flower crown - ok. Likeness of Tiana - no no. In other words no faces. 

I have tons of fabric and I need to use what I have. I will not be purchasing new fabric in order to make any customs, but don’t worry, I have so much stuff. 

I have velvet, sequins, cotton/poly and fleece that match our apparel - not every color in that, but I may be able to match your shirts. 

Quantity:

If you want more than one custom, please fill out the form again and make a deposit for each one. 

Prices:

Full-size: Prices start at $55 for simple like solid colors and bow and go up depending on how detailed the design is. I figure most will be around $75

Mini: Prices start at $45 and go up depending on detail

Scrunch/Knot/Petite: Prices start at $20 and go up 

We can discuss price before and you can give me a budget. 

This listing will ask for a $20 deposit to begin the order. I will send you a final invoice once your order is ready and you have approved it. 

This listing will not charge shipping. It will be charged on your final invoice. It should be around $6 for regular/one pair and $12 for priority/3 or more items. International is around $22. 

Turnaround Time:

Turnaround time - 2-3 weeks, but I can try and work with dates if you have them.

I will need to be able to keep in touch with you throughout the process. We can do that through email or instagram DM. Please indicate which on the form and be sure to add your instagram user name or the email you wish to use. If I cannot contact you, I cannot begin your order. If you haven't heard from me, please reach out to make sure I have the right info. Otherwise I will default to the email associated with your order. 

Refunds:

If I am not able to make your design I will let you know asap and refund your deposit. 

The deposit will be non-refundable once we start working on your ears. If you change your mind before then, let me know. 

If you do not approve of the design, we do not have to move forward. But, the deposit serves to pay me for my work designing the ears, so it cannot be refunded once we start. 

If you order custom ears and do not complete the final invoice within a week, I will release the ears for general sale. If you are having any issues for paying, let me know and we can try and work something out before I release the ears.
